Actually debian.ch gave us the amount they received locally with the
merchandising. The rest we needed was provided by a DD from his own bank
account.

It started on 25th July, and then the next few days. The amount adds up
to 5644,85EUR.

We had just enough left over cash to pay another attendee minus 5 EUR of
his requested amount. So there is no left over stuff to calculate.

Actually most of this is in debconf team svn actually. newbies.ods and
travelfoo.ods. I just committed the last revision of those files and
while they contain much more stuff than what you want, the "Amount
sponsored" resp. "requested" field is probably what you are after.
