I've cc'ed Pablo, who took care of it last year. He probably has more
guidance to offer than I do. (I don't know who did it in past years.)
Have you seen the ad that was run last year? It's in SVN somewhere if
not. (I don't have time right now to find it, but if you don't have
it, I might be able to dig it up tomorrow.)

P.S. - I am drowning in non-DebConf-related stuff over here, I just
didn't want to see us lose the free ad, because it fell through the
cracks.
