that's a great suggestion. I personally got couple of those
invitations in order to obtain my visa. But what we have now is
completely different situation.

However, I think since we're planning organized transport, that this
really won't be necessary, since as I'm expecting it they'll just
"enter" the country.

However, we could schedule to discuss this topic on one of our future
meetings, since I really don't think it has that high priority right
now. Maybe on next meeting, so we can go in detail with this, and
share how everybody feels about this.

But then again as Holger said:
