[Debconf-team] Organizational meeting notes, 2011-01-25

Hello,

The organizational meeting happened on Tuesday.  We had many people,
and filled out the teams list a lot:

So what next?  People can refer to that list for who to prod on
various tasks.  If you've volunteered for something, ask on
#debconf-team to find someone who has done it in the past, and they
