I didn't comment as I didn't receive your original message (I just saw
Holger's reply).
However, I already prepared invitation and visa sponsorship letters,
which are in SVN, and which I already sent to César to check a few days
ago.... I didn't send them to the list because the policy in the past
has been not to make the sponsorship letter, at least, too public, so
that people unconnected to Debian don't try to use it for themselves.
