No specific arrangements are made for payment for meals at present. I
expect we will end up with some sort of meal voucher arrangement, where
we issue tokens which can be used for payment to some particular value.
Teviot had agreed to do meals at their standard rates, which are
relatively cheap for UK prices (approx 3GBP for a substantial hot meal 
iirc). 

Whatever arrangement is finally agreed to, all attendees will be able to
sit together at mealtimes, regardless of payment method.
