So, in reality, there would be a middle price between this, like half of the 
rooms have 2 beds and other half 3 beds, so the middle price is: 

(61600+70000)/2 = 65.800 euros total

which would be: (25+22)/2 = 23.5 euros per person per day.

wiki with this new costs for Sarajevo.
