Ok, that is a very good thing :) In fact, something I was starting not
to expect.

Sounds quite sensible for me.

I'd throw it in. Sponsors who already got their bags could be given
the extra items as a post-conference product.

BTW, if we need some more, I kept IIRC 7 bags, as they didn't fit in
the already large and heavy box... There are surprisingly a couple of
people in Mexico I still have not seen to give them back their
belongings, but we will have some extra bags in the end.

I think we should try to get all of our money together again, not
spread all over the world. Gaby already got the final numbers from the
accountant - Good news, AFAIK the taxes we will pay are quite
low. Once we present the final numbers, I'd like to transfer our
remaining money to either UK (to the account we will locally use),
Finland (where some of our money still remains), SPI (paying for the
lent money), or wherever is deemed best.
