Yes, I heard similar things from local Bosnians over here. However, I choosed the wording very carefully, after talking with some people, who will be struck by that. I tried to summarize, how this looks to them; not to me. So please don't take it wrong, but try to understand, that so far it just looks like this to them: You phoned them, and told us it won't be a problem. Yes, having a official document would change that completly (I guess), but until you tell me for sure that out attendees who'll need to get a visa can have an official document, telling them that they have a visa and just need to pick it up, I'm unwilling to change the phrasing in that wiki page.
