New DebConf6 team list

Hi,

For aiding organisation of DebConf6 a new list has been created. Check
on the wiki how to subscribe:

If you are interested in helping out, please also add your name to the

BTW we are planning to install a wiki under debconf.org, so in the
future it will be easier to find all relevant info about DC6.
