Hello, I would like to attend the proceedings of Debconf5, but I haven't registered anywhere. Also, I am not a Debian Developer. I live right here in Helsinki, so I do not require any arrangements made on my behalf. If attending is not possible, I would like to know if it is possible for me to just participate in the keysigning party.
