First Debconf 5 Schedule Draft

This is the first draft of the talk schedule. All of the BoFs,
Workshops, Roundtables, and Talks are on this schedule, so it's rather
massive.

Please, please look it over and see if there are any major
problems.

If there are not any, then I will send it on to the speakers list as
well. [I haven't done that initially in the off chance that there is a
serious issue that I haven't caught already.]

I will explain the proceedure for making minor changes to the schedule
when I send it to the speakers list.

If someone has a nice LaTeX format for the schedule, send it to me,
and I will output those as well. [Otherwise, I'll make one myself
later.]
