you can check out the debconf5 bugdet (highly speculative as of
now) and the status of the massmailings into the current directory.
this should only work if you are a member of the debconf5-team
group on alioth, though.
i would be interested if it really is not readable/checkout-able
by others.
i ask others who are involved in money stuff and who would like
to update the budget to get an alioth account and contact me so i
can add them to the team.
right now mooch, liw, aschwin and i are group members.
