monthly meeting january

have you survived christmas and new year? (c:
for this month`s meeting i would like to invite for next week,
monday evening (10th) at 20.00 greenich time (+0).
on the agenda we have
cfp (coordination with press and comas and website)
website status
comas (accomplishments and outstanding work)
sponsorship (of people)
location (costs, equipment, service)
since no company committet yet to any sum i will call those i
approached allready and push a little and give a short summary of
that.
if you have anything additional to talk about, just let us know
(perhaps even by answering to this mail).
