We would prefere very much to know of when people are coming and
how long they stay etc before they come. That lets us notice and
work around capacity problems ahead of time and prepare stuff for
you, as far as possible/necessary.
We want everyone related to debconf to have a name tag at least,
even if they just come by for a day. And we would like to prepare
that ahead of time if possible.
