Sounds good! ;)
But if we advertise this to regional schools etc., then we need to
worry about beds etc., unless we make it a day-only programme in the
context of DebConf.
And if this isn't primarily a DebConf programme anymore, then
I could imagine some people having a problem with this.
So my preferred approach would still be to have enough demand from
inside DebConf, which doesn't mean that some kids from the region
can't join…
