Question about unregistering

Hello,

I am unsure if this is the right place to ask - or if this belongs to the 
discussion list, however, I did not find any information about unregistering 
Debconf, in case one can not attend or has to cancel.

I am currently registered, and hope that I will be able to attend, however, 
there are some circumstances, that are not depending from me, that would 
potentially make me unable to attend.

Is there any deadline, where a participant has to unregister in time, or how 
is it looking in these cases?
