Hi,

The T-shirt sizes field in the registration field gives the following
options:

 * Small ... Extra extra large
 * Female small ... Female extra extra large
 * No shirt selected

I suspect this would be more gender neutral if we had "Male small
... Male extra extra large" in the first group.

I'm closing the bug.

We introduced new t-shirt size, and after much discussion we found a
neutral definition, who should be acceptable by almost all the attendees.
