I am unable to generate an invoice for the 7 euro fee for option B. I 
was able to add myself, however, I get "Registration is not open" when I 
press the "Create Invoice" button on the daytrip page. I don't think I 
have seen any discussion here about other folks having the same issue, 
is it just me?

Can I just pay the fee when I am there?
