Hey!
There are reserved parking slots at the venue. And I am tempted to say that the venue is well equipped for wheelchair users. There have been several (as in more than one) students living there. The main question/concern remains related to the accessibility of the place where the conference dinner will be held (the Fort du Dellec), and we are trying to get an answer. One of the options for Day trip is accessible friendly (océanopolis + Musée 70.8).
WRT to the disable badge, I know little about that, but according to <https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/blue-badge-using-it-in-the-eu/using-a-blue-badge-in-the-european-union>, France requires the EU model, and you can download a parking notice from
<https://disabledmotoring.fia.com/disabled-parking/>
Cheers!
