Check your registration really went through

Hi.

tl;dr:

   Note that it is possible to have not actually completed
   registration *even having paid the invoice*.

So I'm posting this to the list in case anyone else gets caught by
this.  I registered to attend, and paid the invoice which showed up in
the registration flow.

But, apparently it is necessary go *all the way through* the flow
before your registration is complete.  You have to click "next" an
extra time or two, *after payment*.

If you are properly registered, you'll see an "Unregister" button near
the top right.  Otherwise, even if you've paid, you can see
"Register".

I was alerted to this because I had submitted two talks, and it showed
this warning:

 WARNING: Talk proposal submitted, but speaker hasn't registered to
 attend. Register now! 

Maybe it would be good for the system to have another warning if you
have started the registration flow but not completed it.
