Also, a good ice breaker is to ask what the other person(s) are doing
inside Debian or with Debian. The community is sufficiently large and
roles are shuffling often enough that nobody can be expected to reliably
know who's who, so don't be afraid to ask. And there are so many things
happening in and around Debian that you are almost guaranteed to both
learn something interesting.
