=== Welcome! ===
Bienvenue à DebCamp: the only Camp to Deb. We are very excited to welcome to
you this DebCamp edition in Brest. Here's some useful information.
In these announcement mails, we will say "venue" to refer to the building
containing the talk rooms and hacklabs, and "accommodation" to refer to both
the on-campus dormitories and the off-campus campsite.
=== Venue Access ===
The doors of the venue will be closed at 1 AM during DebCamp, and at 2 AM
during DebConf itself. You will not be able to enter after that, but you may
remain later in the venue if you so desire.
=== Campsite Accomodation ===
Campsite keys are available now at the Badge Station.
=== Campsite Water Cut-off ===
At the Campsite (off-site accommodations), water will not be available tomorrow
(8th July) between 07:00 AM and 09:00 AM. Plan your washing and showers
accordingly.
=== Volunteering ===
DebConf is entirely volunteer-run, and we need your help to make it happen.
Please sign up for volunteer shifts [0] to help out the event. There are a lot
of things to sign up for, and there will be even more once the main conference
starts. We have extra swag for volunteers.

=== Public Transport ===
Two-week passes for all local public transport are available at Front Desk.
Always validate your ticket for every journey, at the machines in the vehicles.
This applies even when you buy the ticket from the driver.
=== Night buses IMT Atlantique <-> Camping ===
The last bus operated by bibus leaving from IMT Atlantique towards Brest leaves
at 22:23 (timetable available at https://deb.li/36ucg). Two additional buses
will leave from the venue to the Camping at 23:15 and 00:30. The meeting point
is at the same bus stop as the regular public transportation buses,
"Technopôle", at the east side of the entrance.
=== Lunches at RAK ===
Two additional buses will leave from the venue to the Camping at 23:15 and
00:30. The meeting point is at the same bus stop as the regular public
transportation buses, "Technopôle", at the east==
During week days we are eating lunch at RAK (Restaurant associatif de
Kernévent), the restaurant found in front of the IMT Atlantique. Our meal
ticket allow us to take either:
- 1 main (big) dish + 2 small dishes (And please, don't take more), or
- 5 small dishes
The small dishes encompass anything than you can grab by yourself, including:
starters, fruits, desserts, salads, yogurts, cheese, etc. For main (big)
dishes, you need to ask to the people at the RAK to serve you. Drinks are
self-paid.
The RAK menus (that list the main (big) dishes) are available at
https://services.imt-atlantique.fr/rak/pagemenu.php.
And, BTW, self-service coffee is available in RAK.
=== Plastic cups ===
We have **rented** plastic cups that you may **borrow** to use inside the
venue. Those cups are not free, so please return them before leaving. Also,
after the end of Debconf, we need to return them in the same state. Please do
NOT write anything on them! We will provide tape that you can use to make a
temporary label.
Enjoy DebCamp!
