Re: Getting There

Please do NOT purchase more than what’s needed to get to the venue (should be a single €1.70 ticket). We’ll provide tickets valid for the duration of your stay, as mentioned on the wiki (https://wiki.debian.org/DebConf/25/Faq?highlight=%28CategoryDebConf25%29#Public_transportation).

Hello Christian and everyone else
I wish you will get my email soon enough

I can translate the page for you if it helps ;)
My mother language is French.
No, I need to take Bibus too and AFAIK this is NOT free.
If you plan to come for 1 week you cane take the plan "Bibus 1 week" for 16€ and unlimited bus usage.

Bonjour,
thanks for the detailed information how to get to the venue.  Since tickets
are never mentioned, I guess public transport in Brest is free for everyone?
If not, where/how do I buy a ticket, do I need to install an app or can I
pay by cash?

I found bibus.fr, unfortunately not all pages are available in english.
Under fares it says contactless payment is possible on the bus, but when I
want to know more, it says contactless payment is no longer available...
So what is the recommended way to get a ticket and how much will it cost (in
case I need to have change on the bus)?

confused,
Christian
