Trixie is the better choice.  Gives the release candidate some real testing, lots of experts nearby to help resolve problems, and even the previous trixie installer images have worked fine for me in recent use.

Thanks for your work on the Trixie images!

The images to use is indeed something I was not sure about. What do the
others think?

* Trixie release candidates: Newer kernel version and more recent
package versions, but less tested.
* Bookworm releases: Battle-tested but will need upgrade soon.
