In Germany you can't do that in standard contracts ("Allgemeine
Geschäftsbedindungen") towards consumers, only in b2b.
But this is France. I have no idea about france. I KNOW that the french
legal constructs are quite different from what we are used to in Germany
(there are university departments dedicated to those differences), so we
should stop discussing german laws when we're talking about france.
