^^^ This, absolutely! ^^^

It can be a little daunting to join in with big groups sometimes, but
it's very rewarding. Maybe sit and listen a bit, and see what people
are doing. Lots of us who've been around a while will be interested to
hear new ideas and points of view - just try us!
