I have few question about HAM in Taiwan, is there anyone with HAM spirit? :)
I'm OK3ON from Czech Republic with HAREC certificate.
- It looks like Taiwan is not part of CEPT, so I can't use this license in Taiwan, right?
- Are there any free-to-use (without license) frequencies available? PMR446/GMRS/FRS?
- Is it legal to bring my hand-held radio into Taiwan (Baofeng UV-82)?
- Should I have "any papers" with me?
