正常租借 (green smiley) means "available for renting"
无车可借 (yellow smiley) means "no available bike for renting"
车位满载 (red smiley) means "no available room for parking"
暂停营运 (grey smiley) means "out of service"
The Chinese characters in this mail is in Simplified Chinese,
which may look slightly different from Traditional Chinese
used in Taiwan.
