I understand that these kinds of answers are frustrating, but the content team, as with every other team, is made up of volunteers. There are only a small number of people who make them up and they are all trying their best to do so as fast as possible.

It is the first Asian Debian Conference!

Also about the facilities of the dorm. Every youth hostel gives full info, many send it on reservation.

What I have seen about this e-visa is really crazy.

And yes: maybe one could look at what kind of weather to expect. It feels hotter than the measurement. See Wunderground.
