Wen Liao wants to "test" day trip in Hsinchu, specifically Trip B in Wiki:

If you will be in Taiwan 1 week before DebCamp, and would like to attend, we plan to begin the test trip at 2018-07-15 09:00 (UTC+8) at the Main Entrance of NCTU.
