Just a warning to all you car owners: the parking warden was
*waiting* by my car this morning at 7:59am and slapped a ticket on
the windscreen at 08:00am. He did not enter discussion. Deduce from
this that there is a 0 second tolerance by (some of) these
meatsacks. I had to appeal the $40 ticket. Be careful.
