The building is on the corner of SW Jackson St and SW 6th Ave.  One
address is the eastern side of the building and the other address is the
southern side:

The email from PDX Housing says to use the east entrance:

    We are excited to have you stay with us. The following address is where you
    will *Check-in:*

    Broadway Building
    Suite 210

    Please enter via the east side entrance (i.e. 6th Avenue entrance) of the
    building.
