Thanks for your mail.  I appreciate many of your sentiments and I
agree that some of these matters are difficult.  My view is that
events we're discussing go beyond those kind of grey areas.  

I think before next year's Debconf we should spend some time writing
down what is, or is not, acceptable.

Asking someone "not to fuel suspicions" of misbehaviour might be
appropriate when those suspicions are unfounded, or even if they are
as yet unconfirmed.  Unfortunately that is not the situation now.

I don't intend to make any further allegations; I've had quite enough
of this role.  If anyone were to ask me to be a conduit for further
revelations I would refer them to the Debconf chairs.
