They will ask you to provide your name, room number and what time you want to leave the hotel. The ride takes about 25 minutes in the early morning and 35 minutes at noon.
You are supposed to be at the airport two hours before departure.Take this into account if you are setting up the shuttle service for a bunch of people. =)
