While this mail was held in moderation I answered the question for Rene on IRC,
but I'll answer it here for everyone else. For purposes of submitting ESTA and
getting an VWP travel authorization response, it doesn't matter whether or not
you enter your destination address. You can update that later. That is indeed
the building where most of the conference will occur, though the accomodations
will be in other university buildings nearby.
