[Debconf-discuss] Volunteers wanted, meeting tonight!

I am currently looking for volunteers for different tasks, so if you are
bored, and willing to take some task up, read on!

- Signs need to be hung around the venue signaling how to get here.

- The laundry machines downstairs and the machine where tokens are
  bought need to be signaled and documented, preferably so that laundry
  can be made without the need of a laptop to access the wiki ;)

- The "General announcement panel" close to the dining room entrance
  needs to be "adopted and maintained" by someone attending the morning
  orga meetings so that up-to-date-info is kept there: monday visit to
  the old town, availability of food tickets, and so on. 

- Vending machines need to probably be translated too.

- Volunteers are needed for shifts (front-desk, collecting food
  tickets), translating the food menues into English, selling food
  tickets at the front desk... tracking lost and found objects...

- A shift of volunteers, preferably staying at Francisco de Sande, and
  with working knowledge of Spanish will be required to act as a
  secondary Front Desk, to help attendees check in in Francisco de
  Sande.

My advice: find a friend to help you with the task, it's more fun in
groups!

Volunteering these tasks will be coordinated after or during tonight's
orga meeting outside the venue at 11:00. Other more rewarding tasks
might be up for "adoption" so make sure to show up, specially if you
have suggestions or tasks you'd like to do yourself in order to improve
how things are developing.
