When Noèl, Ralf and I went running yesterday, we ran approx. 10.5km/h,
so about 5'45"/km or 9'20"/mile
That can be slower if needed, until we reach the limit of not being
able to come back before the day trip leaves...We should just
take care to not use more than 1 hour to get there so that we can
safely go back.
