It's fairly late to announce this but better late than never: The Debconf runners will gather tomorrow Friday morning at 08:00 local time in the lobby. We plan to run for about 1h, or 1h15mins maximum and thus be back for the first morning talk. No planned direction to go. We'll see. We will probably also schedule a last run on Saturday morning.
