Well, whether you waste your own time deleting countries from this list and
re-adding them later is your affair, but why is it warranted to waste the
time of someone to tell you that their country is missing when you had a
perfectly good list in the first place that they could have used on the
website?  I've never heard anyone complain that there were too many
countries in a select box, and heck, my country starts with 'U' -- this is
why good browsers allow alphabetic shortcuts in select lists...

Hoping he'll be able to register for DebConf even from Uzbekistan,
