Well,
1. Japan is rated the second most expensive place in the world, after Oslo. In
fact Olso broke to the first place 2 years ago, and we all know about it (we =
the ones who attended debconf3): a beer was around 6e (8$) in a cheap cheap
place. Andreas (and I agree with him) believes we should try to get cheapper
places, because we are breaking the 200 attendees, and what started as a
weekend conference has become a 2 weeks hacklab+conferences. And that shows.
2. Why are you CCing the leader?
