Next IRC Meeting (Wednesday 15th October)

Hi all, 

So, the next IRC meeting is on Wednesday the 15th at 20:30 SAST.  That's
18:30 UTC, 20:30 in various bits of Germany, 19:30 in Cambridge and 11:30 in
Seattle and San Francisco, for those playing along at home.  The current
plan is to carry on with this timing on a fortnightly basis, so the
remaining meetings before the submission deadline are 29 October, 12
November, and 26 November.  Please note, the meetings in November will be an
hour earlier for anyone not in South Africa.  Also, we only have three
meetings left!  Not to freak anyone out, or anything... ;-)  

Suggestions for the agenda are always welcome on the list.
