Thanks so much for your email. It sounds like an exciting event, and im sure, one we would love to host.
It will probably be fabulous here by then, as lots on the cards to be developed. By that time there will be running tracks , cycling tracks, a Virgin Gym on the way, and it will almost be a small village in 5 years time. Even the rivers around us are going to be developed into beautiful scenic areas.
Im sure we can do the non-exclusivity thing, but im not sure about the restaurant (Slug and Lettuce) as it is open to the public. They will probably block off a large section for you guys to use while you are here. There is also a large 600 sq metre deck with an aesthetic pool, with the most amazing patio/cocktail furniture.
As far as staying open till 4 am is concerned, im sure we can arrange that. Obviously staff will stay for you at an extra cost. We do not allow outside alcohol to be brought in. We do have security ( sometimes 1 sometimes 2 patrolling and at the gate. If you want extra , we can hire in.
We do have fast reliable inernet. We do not have wheelchair access to the upstairs venue, but we might have in the pipeline.
We do have an outside play area/supervised (im sure you saw it over the weekend) there is a fee for this though, charged per child.
We are a 5 minute walk from the Observtory station.

We investigated your venue yesterday and really liked it. We have some follow up questions please.
Could you please give quote estimates on the following (2013/2014 prices are fine for now, we will re-quote etc closer to the time):
- The (non-exclusive) use of the whole venue. We don't mind others coming in, playing golf etc, but we do need preferential use of the whole place. The dates will be off-season (please indicate when these are for you), and for 10 days, let's say 12 to 22 August 2016 (this includes set up and breakdown), pending mutual suitability closer to the time;
- Would it be possible to send us a floor plan of your venue? I see what you mean with the major renovations! We wouldn't be able to make a final decision until these are done and the accommodation options have been explored, obviously, but here's hoping!
- The pub area was a major hit! We would really like at least some spaces available for the developers to socialise and work together throughout the night, generally until at least 4 am:
- Would there be spaces to allow for this, or do you have 'lock down' times?
- If this is available at an extra (e.g. security) charge, please indicate this as well. - The developers are also keen to have drinks with them while they work.
- What is your alcohol policy in terms of consuming alcohol on the premises, say, outside the pub area, and
- in terms of bringing in our own drinks?
- Are there additional costs e.g. security, breakage deposit or insurance fees involved? (Also in context with the late nights) - If possible, an idea around daily catering for 300 people (per person);
Then, do you have specific arrangements regarding the following?
- Fast, reliable internet connection - please indicate what you have, specifically if fibre is available (this is not a deal breaker either way, we just need to know what to plan for);
- Wheelchair accessibility and child-friendly facilities;
- Easy to reach, close to transport hubs (please include a map if possible);
