This is a comfortable position to be in, regarding pricing
negotiations post-bid decision.

One thing you could do now is ask them for a rough quote which they
should prepare together with the hotel. Ideally, you'll be dealing
with only one contractual partner, if that's possible. You can let
them know that this is a strong point about the other venues we
have.
