Hello Debianites! Here is the daily announcements for the last day of DebConf. === Food volunteers needed! === Today we didn't have any volunteers to clean up breakfast and set up lunch. The caterer is not paid to do this, so please help us by volunteering as a food hero. And there are many other volunteer tasks available, every day. If you are still at the venue this evening and/or tomorrow, please help us with final cleanup. Please remove any tape and rinse your cup before putting it in the return tray. === Coffee Lab Cleanup === We expect coffee lab participants to retrieve their items before Sunday 20th (tomorrow) at 16:00. Any remaining items will be divided among the remaining cleanup crew. === Lost and Found === Front Desk has retrieved a lot of lost items. Please come by Front Desk to have a look before leaving! === Departure Instructions === Repeated from yesterday, with some updates. We are near the end of DebConf, if you are leaving conference provided accommodation, please return your room in a reasonably clean state. Nobody has conference-provided accommodation on Sunday night, everyone needs to be out by Sunday. The checkout time in the campsite is 10am. IMT Atlantique checkout is before lunch time. Camping du Goulet ----------------- Please wash cutlery, dishes and all the kitchen equipment that you have used. Give the cabin a general cleaning, including the floor and surfaces. Remove bed linen and put it on the table. Remove garbage to the recycling point at the entrace to the campsite. If you leave the campsite during their office hours, you can return your key to the Campsite's accueil. Outside of hours, ensure that your car is outside the barrier, the night before, before it is locked. There is a letter box for the campsite next to the public postbox. Put your key into the letterbox for the campsite NOT the yellow La Poste postbox. IMT Atlantique -------------- Please plan to return your keys before lunchtime on Sunday 20th (tomorrow). There will be a pile of luggage in one of the corners of Centre-Vie. Please remove the bedsheets and put them on the floor. Empty your garbage bin into one of the bins outside. Make sure the room is in the same shape as when you arrived, and give the room a general cleaning, if needed. You can drop keys off at the badge station. If you leave before breakfast, please leave the key on the desk inside the room, and send a mail to <registration@debconf.org> with your name and room number to let us know to collect the key. === Travel coordination === Some attendees are coordinating travel on the wiki [1], you may be able to share a taxi with someone.
