[Debconf-announce] Important Day Trip announcements for 2016-07-06
Same late news regarding tomorrow's day trips, spread the word for those
who aren't able to pay attention to email!
== Robben Island Tour cancelled ==
Due to weather conditions our booking for the Robben Island tour has
been cancelled. (People who had already booked for the trip which was
cancelled, have priority over our registration for tomorrow. Rather than
delay the trip to Thursday, we have cancelled.)
*But, there are still a few spaces available on other trips:*
* Fairie Glen (Safari, R1150): 8 spaces available, departs at 7:00
sharp, try to be there by 6:45
* Cape Point (R): 6 spaces available, departs at 10:00
* Table Mountain to Seal Island Group A and Group B (): At least 6
spaces avalailable. Departs at: 7:30am.
== Have correct(ish) amount ready for boarding your bus ==
When boarding the bus, have the correct cash amount available with you
(or be willing to round up to the amount that you have available). Bus
leaders will likely not have change or currency exchange available.
== Lunch Bag ==
You can fetch your lunch pack at breakfast, it will be on a table.
Vegatarian and Omni lunch bags will be available and there will be Juice
and Water.
