Dear conference attendees, The video team is intending to use several cameras in each of the talk rooms this year. Also we may cover a third room for BoFs. All these cameras need to be mounted on tripods to provide a stable picture, and we do not have enough of these ourselves. We also need firewire cables to capture video, though these are not too expensive to buy. According to our equipment list at http://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/DebConf7/videoteam/Hardware we have 7 cameras and only 5 tripods at present. We may have enough cables between us but are not sure yet. If you can lend either for the whole conference (all day 17th-23rd), please add the details to the wiki.
