Responsibilities:
Receiving, sorting and handling correspondence, consignments, and supplies.
Testing items inside received parcels.
The employee must inform the supervisor by all available means when anything in received package is broken.
Performing data entry of mail information from source documents to the computer database.
Arranging mails and packages for external shipment and carrying out deliveries and pick-ups.
The supervisor might assign other additional tasks along in the course of work.
