Announcing bug fix release cdrskin-1.3.2.pl01
Hi,
due to an outdated softlink at packaging time, the tarball
cdrskin-1.3.2.tar.gz
contains the outdated and buggy source of cdrskin-1.3.0.
This does not affect the cdrskin code in tarball libburn-1.3.2.tar.gz.
So most distro packagers will not have to take any action.
(Please check your scripts resp. configuration files whether
they use cdrskin*tar.gz or libburn*.tar.gz.)
A new tarball cdrskin-1.3.2.pl01.tar.gz has now been uploaded.
It unpacks to directory ./cdrskin-1.3.2.
System requirements:
Linux with kernel 2.4 or newer: libc, libpthread
or FreeBSD : libc, libpthread, IDE and SATA drives need atapicam
or Solaris : libc, libpthread
The following changes failed to become part of the old tarball:
* Bug fix: cdrskin -msinfo on DVD and BD reported
old session start = next writable address.
Regression introduced by version 1.2.8 (rev 4956).
Already fixed by patch release 1.3.0.pl01.
* New cdrskin option textfile_to_v07t=
* New cdrskin options cdtext_to_textfile= and cdtext_to_v07t=
* New cdrskin options extract_audio_to= , extract_tracks= , extract_basename= ,
--extract_dap
* New cdrskin option --pacifier_with_newline

cdrskin is also part of the libburn-1.3.2 SVN tag:
http://svn.libburnia-project.org/libburn/tags/1.3.2
(needs autotools >= 1.7 to apply command ./bootstrap)
and of the libburn-1.3.2 release tarball:

(needs only vanilla tools for ./configure ; make)
