350h is block 848.
Was your input file smaller than 2 MB ?

Actually I'm not sure. This bug was initially reported in [1] (probably not accessible publicly) by another user and maybe he could use such a small image.. Anyway, during my testing I always saw the error in the end of burning.

Will this patch go into Fedora distro packages ?

If there are no objections, then definitely yes.

If so, how to alert the others ?

I already posted a comment into a similar bug report in Ubuntu [2] and hopefully all responsible maintainers follow cdwrite@other.debian.org mailing-list, where the support of dvd+rw-tools is redirect to at [3].

growisofs needs an upstream maintainer until Andy Polyakov shows up again.
(I am competitor, but could well serve as review peer.)

Do you happen to know if Andy is willing to continue maintaining the package in the future or if there is anybody else who would be able to do so?

I still suspect that the Sense Data came in "Descriptor" format from
the kernel.
One should probably test this augmented set of macros in transport.hxx

I'll try to test this.
